• How do I redeem my points for shares?

  1. Open the Reklaim App
     Make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

  2. Go to the 'Redeem' Section
     Tap the “Redeem” tab from the main navigation.

  3. No Need for a Minimum Balance
     All redemptions only require a minimum of 1 point, so you’ll see the option to redeem for shares no matter what.

  4. Confirm Your Redemption
     Follow the prompts to confirm how many points you'd like to redeem. Once submitted, your request is locked in for this month's redemption window.

  5. Wait for Issuance
     After the window closes, we’ll process all redemptions in one batch. You'll receive your shares within 3-5 business days via Computershare, in DRS (Direct Registration System) form.

  6. Watch Your Email
     Computershare will send you a statement with your account number and instructions to access your shares online, and we’ll also be in touch that way!

• What happens after I redeem my points for shares?

  Once you redeem, we’ll begin processing your shares. This typically takes 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an electronic statement from our transfer agent, Computershare, once your shares have been issued.

• Where are my shares held?

  Your shares are held in Direct Registration System (DRS) form with Computershare, one of the world’s most trusted shareholder services companies. That means your shares are directly registered in your name — not held by a broker or platform.

• What’s the benefit of holding shares in DRS?

  DRS shares give you full shareholder rights with no hidden fees. You can:

  • Vote in shareholder meetings

  • Receive company updates

  • Choose whether to hold or transfer your shares in the future

  • Be part of our journey long-term

  Keeping your shares in DRS ensures you stay directly connected to Reklaim, without intermediaries.

• How do I access my shares once they’re issued?

  After processing is complete, you’ll receive a statement from Computershare with your account number and instructions to log in and manage your holdings online via their Investor Centre.

• Is there a holding period for my shares?

  Yes. In accordance with Canadian securities regulations, all shares issued through the program are subject to a standard 4-month hold period from the date of issuance. During this time, shares cannot be sold or transferred.

  Once the 4-month hold ends, your shares are fully yours — to hold, transfer, or trade. However, we encourage you to keep your shares in Direct Registration System (DRS) form with Computershare.

  Holding in DRS keeps you directly connected to Reklaim, avoids unnecessary fees, and ensures you continue to receive shareholder rights and updates.

• How do I transfer my shares into a brokerage account?

  If you choose to transfer your Reklaim shares from DRS into a personal brokerage account, you’ll need to contact your brokerage directly and provide them with your Computershare account details.

  Please note:

  • Some brokerages charge significant transfer fees for moving shares from DRS.

  • You’ll need your Computershare DRS statement and account number to initiate the process.

  • Reklaim does not currently coordinate or cover any fees related to brokerage transfers.
